www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/man-utd-news-rashford-improve-11437660Marcus Rashford has been backed to return to Manchester United after the Euros a better player - even if he does not enjoy a starring role. The young striker forced his way into Roy Hodgson’s England squad for France 2016 at the last minute after a sensational breakthrough season at Old Trafford. And former Red Rio Ferdinand believes his selection will pay dividends, even if the Wythenshawe-born youngster has to play second fiddle to established forwards Wayne Rooney , Harry Kane, Jamie Vardy and Daniel Sturridge. Ferdinand, capped 81 times, was a member of England’s 1998 World Cup squad as a teenager and believes it was a key learning process for him - despite him not seeing a minute of playing action. He believes Rashford can have a similar experience. “I know, first hand, the benefit Rashford will get from France,” said Ferdinand. “I was very fortunate to go to the World Cup in 1998 and be a sponge, be a student and enjoy the tournament because I did not have any expectations of playing. “He will get more minutes than I got in 1998 but he will not be an integral member of the team and he can say to himself, ‘In two years’ time I want to be the first name on the sheet at the World Cup, so what do I need to learn to make that happen?’.”

I was reading where one of his youth team colleagues was saying that Rash has skills that we haven't sen yet...apparently he has been a little reluctant to try them whilst playing for the first team...maybe a confidence thing...looking forward to seeing him display the full range of his undoubted ability this coming season...just hope Jose gives him enough chances...

The kettlebells move when you are pushing back up and so it requires more of your core. Been there and it is fucking brutal after 10.
