Hiya lads and lasses!
I was born in June 1968 just a month after United won the European Cup and became a fan for a number of reasons. Dad told me about Munich and in Sweden we had games live from England every Saturday since 1969 so for me it was a combination of what dad told me and when I was born and watching United play and adoring the shirts they played in.
I have been very lucky on my travels to see United play and the day before United won the PL in 1993 I met Nobby Stiles before heading off to see Oldham beat Villa 1-0 at Villa Park. The night United beat Rovers and got the trophy was a total dream come true.
Of all the signed and framed shirts the one I wore in 1985 when I watched the FA Cup Final at home is the one I value the most as it was signed many years later by Big Norm himself.
