Two most hated players here. If you could choose one to go in the summer who would you pick?
For me it's Rooney. Both are bloody awful but Rooney a) has obscene wages and b) is keeping the captaincy away from a proper leader. I also feel like Fellaini could be kind of useful occasionally if in the right role and system, whereas there is nothing that will make Rooney improve even a little.

It's like choosing between eating faeces and..........eating faeces.

Tough one to call for me. One should've gone 2 or 3 years ago, and the other should never have been bought in the first place. I can see your reasons for picking Rooney, and I would probably just about agree..... .....with a gun at my head.

Fellani. Mostly because for me he epitomizes the swift decline that our club has suffered since SAF retired.

Rooney can go. Fellaini actually scores goals and moves around a bit...

For the record I think both players will still be here next season (sorry). If Jose takes over I see them both having a place in the squad. He's tried to sign Rooney before and clearly admires him as a player. This was admittedly when he was a little younger and well....better but I still think he'll want to work with him. I also think he'll find Fellaini useful, I think he'll be used sparingly but I definitely think he'll keep him. He's the sort of player who will do what he's told and just like LVG, Mourinho values these kind of players.
In terms of who I'd bin. I'd just edge for Fellaini. Difference between the 2 is that Fellaini has never been a Manchester United player and even when he has a good game people tend to feed him backhanded compliments because he doesn't do things in the Manchester United way.
Rooney on the other hand has been a quality Manchester United player and is still capable of quality football performances, few and far between they may be. He's won multiple trophies here and I think he'd be more valuable to the squad in terms of experience as well. I also think he may get a new lease of life working under Mourinho.
Can't believe I was able to answer that rationally!

I can't believe of how many votes Rooney gets. To be fair i much rather to see Fellaini go. I never liked him and i guess i never will (Ok he scored twice in the past two Fa Cup matches), but i never thought he was a United player, not even for this current United.

As much as I don't like Fellaini, there would be nothing like him coming good. Scenes when he's MotM in a European Cup final ...

Tree is the lesser of two evils. Cheaper, and less pressure to play him.

I can't say I'm a fan of either. But with that being said, last season Fellaini was one of the main reasons we went on a good run around March/April. He worked his bollocks off, and if it wasn't for his, and 2 or 3 others form during those few weeks, I don't think we would have qualified for the Champions league. I'll always have a bit of a soft spot for him, even if he is shit. Rooney can just fuck the fuck off.
