hi RoM
I'm 35 years old, from Belgium.
i follow United since 1996. My brother was student in england for one year and i just became mad of united visiting Old Trafford. i used to follow united with BBC MOTD, internet was not existing at that time.
I come everyday to Rom but that post "what football is about" made me member tonight of the forum. it's exactcly what i 'll do with my son and daugter tomorrow Fa cup final.
Maybe, i don't always agree with you all, but the spirit of this blog is just as Manchester United : Amazing !
Favorite current player : David De gea - A Martial
Past player : Roy Keane
Favorite utd moment : champions league final against Munich and Chelsea
Sir alex : i met him once during England Germany in Euro 2000 : so impressed that i just shake his hand.
I will not say what i 'll tell L V G if i meet him :-(

Welcome mate. I know a couple of Belgian United fans from other forums, are there a lot of us over there?

You are right (Part right) : i've Irish roots from Ireland (far far away in family tree but my names are Patrick Kevin so it still burn in me...)
And absolutely right : Keane was my favorite player. (I always choose n°16). I think that He is the kind of player that every team would like to have in the midlle of the park.

I think there must be somes, i 've a few friends that have already come to Old Trafford for games ( i did it but just to visit the stadium).
but i think that Manchester united have not the same fan base in Belgium that big clubs from La Liga or Serie A. At school, i was alone with my United shirt , it makes things bigger :-)

No worries mate, it's not a big deal. It's just a little too similar to the scousers spamming YNWA after every sentence for a lot of peoples liking. |
