How's it going, folks?
Just wanted to introduce myself.
Guess the best way is to answer the questions for new members.
How long have you been a red?
Since 1976 when my dad sat me down and explained the facts of life.
Who's your favourite player in the current squad?
United's history of identifying and developing young players sets us apart so I'm always looking for the next Great. At a time when excitement on the pitch seems to be on ration I'm liking Rasford's style.
Who's your favourite past player?
True story - I got into a fight in a bar in Norway the same day Eric 'educated' the Palace fan. Eric was better at it than me, and Eric was better than everyone else in the league even on a bad day. If I'd seen Best play I'd probably agree with my old man that he was the finest player ever, but it was Cantona that first made me believe we could win anything.
One thing you wish you could tell Fergie?
Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. And also that my mum hated him until 1991 when he helped her with some bags in a hospital car park, since when she's maintained that he's 'totally gorgeous'.
Where did you hear about Republik of Mancunia forum?
Online while looking for a worthwhile United forum. The Daily Telegraph seemed quite disapproving of the site so I reckon it's the one for me.
