Buying a new player or 2 would be nice, but with the new manager next season unknown I would hold out until we know who's in charge, but getting rid of some of the dead weight this window and promoting a few of the younger lads to takes there place I would be more then happy with that.

If Fellani wants to go and we have a buyer then it's a no brainer. Rojo would be nice but seeing as he's now entering Owen Hargreaves territory its optimistic. Darmian I would keep until summer as backup. I'm sure his contract is up then anyway. |

Fosu-Mensah probably isn’t good enough the be back up here. If you can’t play ahead of Tim fucking Ream... I had high hopes for big Tim, but a standout performance against City, and a handful of other decent games aside, he just hasn't done it. Doesn't look like a top 6 player. |

Injury prone backline is no validation for keeping players that haven’t played even with others being injured Dalot has injury problems coming back from that knee issue and Young is 32. Valencia will get games especially if people go down hurt. The others are cover. If we dont replace them then they wont leave. It's not rocket science lad |

Reality is none of the defenders I am advocating to leave have played any role this season so far, 2 have been injured for the majority of the season, one just doesn’t get games for whatever reason and has been messed around by us rather than be allowed to get on with his career. It’s risky yes, logical yes, but don’t give me that rocket science talk |

We just have to be a big club and buy all the centerbacks and fullbacks. All of them. Darmian, Jones, Young, Valencia, Smalling would not be getting in any top sides in the world. I thought Young was really good today against Spurs but we need monsters back there, damn the cost.
