It will be interesting to see how successful Celtic's new rail seating section is at Celtic Park. The Scots are not bound by the same rule re. all seater stadia as English teams are, but maybe if it's successful lobbying by English teams might make some inroads for it to be considered in the PL. How good would it be to see the Stretford End all standing (comfortably and legally!) and what a difference to the OT atmosphere that would make!

it looks like a good area to be fair, the standing has fold away seats also does it not?

it looks like a good area to be fair, the standing has fold away seats also does it not? Not sure, but 2,900 fans can make some decent noise. I'd like to know what the same area of ground would hold if seated. If anything would make clubs go into bat for it, the thought of the revenue made by getting more punters into a space would be it!

Would love to see anything happen that would resurrect the OT atmosphere. I can't help thinking though that football in this country doesn't want the kind of people anymore who like to stand.
