I'm with José on this one. Better off getting game time elsewhere. Personally I don't see his future at a top club. I could be wrong though.

The game time would have come. Disappointed by this move.

I dunno about his loan move. I'm not sure if he would have got gametime here (and I don't mean that as in I don't think he would have got gametime, I mean I literally don't know if he would have got gametime or not).
Valencia impressed me when they drew with Real last week. If he can play every week for a team of that quality the experience can only be good for him, but I worry that too many loans will sour him on the club. A pattern has definitely emerged of him saying in public he is ready to fight for a place here, and then he gets sent out on loan. I'm also certain I remember reading that Jose said when he first came in that Periera would have a role to play at the club in the 17/18 season.

Given the game time he had pre season, and the talk from Jose about how much he wanted him in the team, I assumed he would feature more this season. But having said that, this is another step up for him, provided they actually play him.

Has Periera signed a new deal yet? His last one expired in 2018 I believe. We simply cannot let him leave on a free.

Time to say goodbye to this thread. All in all, pretty good.
Whoever wants to please start the January one.
