Hi. In recent months there has been an awful lot of traffic, seemingly from another site that closed. We have resisted the need to introduce a newbie promotion system but we have decided to implement a probationary period. In effect, this allows us to see if it's a good match for both parties. So up until your first 50 posts, we are going to reserve the right to ask you to leave if it isn't working out. Hopefully this will never be the case!

I think he means the site that me and John came from. But I don't think we've made too much of a difference to traffic. There are only 4 or 5 of us who are active here, and another 2 or 3 who barely post at all. And as far as I know, none have acted up.

The original incarnation is closed now, but it was manunitednetwork.org and then later manunitedforum.org. It was created by and for users of the official 'TalkingReds' forum when TR started to go to shit. It still exists as manutdforum.org/, but it's pretty dead there nowadays, very few of the original members still post there. |
