I've really enjoyed the cycling as well, both on the track and the road. By far my favourite and the most fun to watch is the elimination race in the omnium event. Just started watching this cycling again, 25 laps the wife can piss off if she want's to watch anything else on tv, 9 laps to go. You guys need a second TV |

Something about Cavendish I've never liked. Can't take to him at all for some reason. Good performance from him though and a deserved medal, even if he did cause that crash!

Something about Cavendish I've never liked. Can't take to him at all for some reason. Good performance from him though and a deserved medal, even if he did cause that crash! I think the problem with Cavendish is that he never accepts his own shortcomings and really it's everyone else's fault rather than his own. I think that's what rubs people up the wrong with regards to him. Awesome Sprint cyclist though, one of the best ever in fact. Good good to see him get a medal. Hopefully he can focus on the grand tours now |

Braver man than me my friend Its great as long as you don't need to walk for 7 days after! Nah seriously it was an unbelievable experience which was very rewarding, I had put the weight on and the gym just wasn't doing it for me. I started training with a friend and 12 months later we completed it. I don't think I could ever do another one ( training took up a lot of free time) but I would recommend it to anyone.

I have a tv in the bedroom but we only use that for old videos when our grandsons are staying the night and use it with an old video recorder so they can watch cartoons, we have a stack of old videos, cartoons. You guys need a second TV Good race, did you catch the crash caused by Cav? I saw that it was like watching the Grand National and horses falling at a fence lol. |

Excellent I have had the old Video Recorder for about 15 years Aus and it still works a 100%, I have a stack of old Videos with a lot of United matches going back to the Ruud era and others. Every so often I will go into the bedroom, set it up, stretch out on the bed and watch some of the old matches on an old Sharp tv which we have had for 15 years also.

Barely caught any of this, because of work, gym and generally just not being bothered staying up late for the good stuff. Which is a shame, because I loved 2012, being unemployed and slobbing about watching elite sport for 12 hours a day.
