First round of the French elections are approaching, it's on April 23rd. As I've said some time ago, Emmanuel Macron has been polling higher. He's now a favourite which is a relieve. The growth started on Île-de-France, but spread throughout the country. After Fillon's scandals, François is being pressured to drop out of the race.
Very unstable though. Le Pen is still polling higher than she should and nobody can rule out that the winner of the first round (assuming the winner didn't get more than half of the votes of course) is not a guaranteed winner on the second round as people like Mitterrand and Chirac have proved.
Can you imagine the UN Security Council permanent members if Macron loses? Putin, Trump, Xi Jinping, May and Marine fucking Le Pen. God forbid Fillon to win as well.

God forbid Fillon to win as well. its still shocking how much le pen is supposed to get (believing the polls). i dont see her winning it but i also couldnt see trump or orban winning it. it is a huge concern and the political situation in europe seems to be in a huge transition. but i do hope its not gonna happen more than it happened already. fuck le pen... i was working in politics for some time and i dont regret the experience. but i`m not surprised that i`m actually not really interested anymore. it bothers me but i`m trying to stay out of it. fought for too long and realized there are much better ways to fulfill my dreams, ideology and ideas than believing in politics. fuck all these cunts... |

The Republicans are disgracing themselves here. They keep focusing on on who is responsible for the leaks as a desperate distraction tactic.
The story is not who is responsible for the leaks, you humps, the story is Russia and Putin colluding with Trump to win the election. Which is one of the biggest stories in American political history.

borrowed Bill's "black book" and got some stuff done. Clinton was last Pres who had the "power" to get things done across both sides of the floor(s)
in congress.
Mid terms will be like a freekin war zone, anyone thought politics was dirty this last election best stand by for heavy rolls, because it will get

It's not worth the bother. the real thing is much more interesting. the midterms as you say will be a bloodbath & the Dems have a good chance of wresting back some power. |
