Thai Red Curry with sweet potato and green beans. Add a tea spoon of nut butter to make it more like a satay, depending on whether you fancy it or not. currys are not the problem. i'm talking about traditional vegetarian dishes from england/ireland/northern ireland/scotland and that other country where paul is coming from😆 God's country is the place you're reffering to, also please refrain from mentioning veggie shit, go and polute another thread with that rubbish

Mushroom Stroganoff is my go to veggie dish. It's pretty versatile, as well. You can make a traditional one, or play about adding other flavours. I like to add pesto and roasted tomatoes, or butternut squash and cumin/cloves/nutmeg/allspice. It's a great autumn dish.

I've just been watching Gordon Ramsay in Asia. The beef rendang he made looked really good. I had it in Langkawi and it was so good. The meat just melted. Really slow cooked.

The site has some great recipes, but I just made this today. I added chillies, mushroom seasoning and some szechaun peppercorns. Absolutely incredible. thewoksoflife.com/eggs-easy-soy-sauce/
