Great chance to put more distance between us and some of our PL rivals. These are the games now that really count
Loads of games now in September before the next bollocks break. 7 games in three weeks I can't wait

The International break killed our momentum last year and a trip to Stoke after the latest one should be no ones idea of fun. It would send out quite a message though to get the 3 points. This is exactly the type of game I'd like to see that 3 man midfield of Ander, Matic and Pogba in as well. Push Pogba further forward and have that strong base behind him. Completely agree. I'd be happy with any win here, and the midfield 3 is in my opinion the best way to get it. I'll predict 1-0 to us.

With are attacking talent and solid defence we should be still sticking a few past these this stoke team is pretty wank and no we're near the horrible team they was under pulis

i would stick to exactly what we have been doing in the previous games. granted they are going to attack when they are at home, that just means we have more space to attack back.
I would start Martial over Rashford though as he played a couple of times for England. bring him off the bench again.

Don't think we need a 3 man midfield against Stoke. Same lineup as against Leicester, except maybe Rashford for Mata.

Like for the big mo, but we shouldn't be going defensive from the outset against this lot.

See, I know what you mean but I don't think Pogs pushed on with the two lads behind him has to be unduly defensive. Mata has a tendency to get battered in these games whereas Pogba can mix it.

Stoke need a hiding. We drew 1-1 twice with them last season PLUS they beat us 7-1 the first time we played them on 07 Jan 1893

I like United 4-0 over Stoke, think it will be a quiet stadium as we pummel them

I'd take a 1-0 win, although I'd love a convincing performance to stir the ABU's who've been writing off the 10-0 goal tally due to the perceived poor quality of our opposition to date.
Just watch, if we win this comfortably it'll be "Stoke aren't the team of old, They're nothing these days, blah, blah, blah!"

I'd love to see another goal fest to see us leave with another great scoreline, but any win and no injuries and I'll take that. However, this team are more than capable of putting stoke to the sword, if stoke try and attack, we'll have the space to play into. Loads of games this month, delighted!
