Since their last trophy The USSR still existed. Fergie was knighted, won 13 league titles, 1 European Cup Winners Cup, 2 Champions League trophies, 1 UEFA Super Cup, 5 FA Cups, 1 Continental Cup, 4 League Cups, 1 FIFA Club World Cup and 10 Community shields. Blackburn Rovers and Leicester City won the league. Maradona retired, got arrested for drugs, managed and got sacked at Argentina. Brazil won 3 World Cups Zidane won a World Cup, then headbutted Matterazzi, got a red card, lost a World Cup final, went into management and won Two Champions League trophies, La Liga, two Uefa Super Cup titles, the Club World Cup, the European Super Cup and the Spanish Super Cup. I was born almost five years later – graduated high school and I'm about to graduate Law School. The Maastricht Treaty was signed and the UK voted to leave. The apartheid was abolished, Nelson Mandela became president and then died. Nirvana released Nevermind and In Utero, then Kurt Cobain killed himself. Metallica released "Metallica" and the single "Enter Sandman" The twin towers no longer exist. Bin-Ladden is dead. Silence of the Lambs, Forrest Gump, Titanic, Toy Story and Lion King were released ---------------- On the top of my head. Too many things to remember  |

Back to the knocked off the perch thread....I wish anyone would knock those Scousers off it at the present time - It is seriously beginning to wind me up and I am not sure I can take this for a bloody whole Season
