Apologise if there is already a thread but i could not find it.
my two very good mates run an online radio show. everything to do with Indie music - bands, electronica, etc. two normal lads talking about and playing very good music; mainly new, but some old. Passionate about music and no gimmicks or no political correctness. they DJ and organise nights across the North West, under the same Twang name, also recently branching out into running their own stages at festivals.
they started playing for a local radio station but are now broadcasting over Manchester too for MCR Live. within their first year they were nominated for the Online Music Radio Show awards.
the nights they have organised and promoted include:
- Cabbage
- The Futureheads
- The blinders
- Horsebeach
- Her's
- The Strawberries
- Mark Pratt (Also a very good mate)
to get these bands to the town we live is some achievement.
If your into Indie music, definitely check these out. you'll be surprised on how good it is.
