Bit of a needless comment? Feels like there’s starting to be a trend here. Maybe it’s being taken out of context. (For the record, I thoroughly enjoyed the Spurs game - being there helps, but we certainly weren’t anything like we were at Anfield, so not sure where this is coming from on either the fan’s side or Jose’s.) Did he say as much as this about those appalling Madrid fans when he was there? Genuinely can't remember. Sounds like to me he's making issues where there aren't any, the comments about fans backing Lukaku and now this. For the most part the things I'm hearing from fans are pretty positive about the team and Lukaku. I actually thought the fans were in good voice for the early parts of the Spurs game as well. The noise died down when the game hit a bit of a lull but that's to be expected in my opinion.

Dave Darmian Bailly Smalling Shaw Herrera McTominay Lingard Mata Martial Lukaku Would like to rest Jones, Valencia, Matic and Rashford for Chelsea. McTominay has looked assured so far and it's at home with not really any pressure on us to go get a result. Young can have a rest too surely Shaw can be used even just for that reason I would swap bailly for Lindelof and that’s how I want to see. Mctomminay deserves a starting spot tonight imo. Our youngsters have always played in big games and done well or handled the challenge. We need a result against Chelsea. We have players coming back soon so they will be able to bolster the squad in December etc too. Genuinely forgot about Lindelof, I'd probably swap him in for Smalling

No one was fucking booing Lukaku, they wanted Rashford to stay on as well.

I've been at many games in the Fergie era when the fans got restless. You could even mention the countless times fans went into the attack attack attack chant or Fergie Fergie sort it out! I don't see why he has to react to every perceived slight, but that's just the way he is.

It's like he has to control every letter, or comma or hyphen of the narrative. It must be fucking exhausting

You’d think after managing Chelsea and Real he would love our fans!

Going to miss the match as I have to meet a part of the human misery Belo Monte is leaving. First United match I miss in years I think.

Jose is his own worst enemy sometimes, realy doesnt need to be saying anything at all

unflattering comment from jose but i'd be ok with someone important inside the club questioning the atmosphere sometimes,no problem with that. but these comments about big rom and the spurs game are unnecessary

This shit isn't gonna go down well if it carries on. One thing going after the opposition fans/managers but going after your own for the completely wrong reasons is only going to end badly.
It's a copy of his Chelsea 'us against the world' shit, only this time excluding the fans from it. which pretty much fucks it all up.

in general mourinho seems frustrated and kind of pissed since the liverpool game. maybe its nothing and the media are trying to make everything worse than it is but its somehow obvious that he is not happy at all at the moment
