we need to stay in touching distance for if/when they do have a wobble. a gap of 7 points would have to be a huge wobble for them to overturn and can anyone honestly say they can envisage City slowing down? they have a big squad now and imo the best we have seen them. if we got a result against Huddersfield we could have played this safer but now we have to show championship mentality. we have enough time to fight for 2nd, 3rd and 4th, now we have to fight for 1st Phil Jones's injury cost us. He was fit next game wasn't he?

It would appear this is already being ignored. Fuck me. 15 year streak of getting fuckall against those cunts. Annoying. We have only beaten them 8 times at their place, in all comps, since the PL started.

Can't go from one post claiming that City's results are skewing our own, to another moaning that Phil Jones being unfit cost us a defeat against fucking Huddersfield.

Makes perfect sense to me ... (but then again, I've been medicated as hell since I whacked my shoulder the other day )

Parking the bus and a 1-0 result would be excellent. Trophies are build with ugly victories too.

You think his replacement had a good game then? I'm not a big fan of Jones but I don't think we'd have conceded 2 goals like we did with him still on the pitch?

Scum are an Ugly team, ugly victory would suit perfectly EDIT In retrospect, even a fugly (fookin ugly) victory would be most suitable To quote one of the best College Basketball coaches then color announcers EVER, "Just win Baby" Carbon will give a "prize" of his choosing to whoever can post who that quote comes from

Phil Jones cost us against Huddersfield? Don't wanna be mean or anything, but you've posted some shite lately. You think his replacement had a good game them? No, but moaning that Phil Jones missing against Huddersfield cost us the game is fucking small-time, especially when you've done nothing but big us up recently

Now you are posting some shite! Missing a centre-back should never be the reason we get beaten by a wank promoted team. small time = looking for excuses.

Small time? Now you are posting some shite! Missing a centre-back should never be the reason we get beaten by a wank promoted team It might when his substitute looked like a fish out of water and was responsible for at least one of the goals. We've been beaten by plenty of wank promoted teams even under Fergie.
