Playing well down the middle for Chile.
If he doesn't leave then we might as well give it a go next season. He played there last pre-season and did well, before being shunted out wide again.

I’d rather give the shot to someone else, like Greenwood if he’s ready.
The best case scenario is probably that he becomes a decent player, which still isn’t worth the investment. No way in hell he comes close to the player he used to be. Might as well give someone else the chance to become that kind of player instead.

In that case, I’d just pick one of Martial or Rashford for the central role and give them a real run there. I know neither set the world alight last season but both were streets ahead of Alexis (even during Rash’s awful run), and both still have plenty of potential too.

Using the current squad, I’d love to see a diamond:
DDG Back 4 Matic McTominay Pogba Mata Rashford Martial (both drifting wide before cutting back in)
The midfield is still shit because we need 2 bodies there, and the back 4 isn’t good enough either, but I think it suits Ole’s style of play (and it worked when he did it last season) and the players at our disposal.

It's scary to look at team and think that's a Manchester utd team must be one of the worst first 11s in recent history

In fairness he's shown us more respect than Lukaku did. Still said he made the right decision to join us as we're the winning most club in England.
Still can't get my head around how bad he was here. It certainly wasn't down to a lack of effort or shits given.
