This is poor man management from jose if it’s true. Pogba wasn’t the only one to blame for that result. He’s letting his anger and pride run things. Or excellent man management. Don't fulfil the role the manager asked of you? You get dropped. I see no problem with that.

This is a leaked XI: De Gea, Valencia, Smalling, Rojo, Shaw, Matic, McTominay, Mata, Sanchez, Lingard, Lukaku. Is Pogba injured? He injured his brain since he was argueing with the manager openly

Cant believe Lukaku keeps his place. But hey, the odds of him being benched weren't great were they.

Don't give a shit what anyone says. This has the makings of a Jose breakdown. He generally starts by castigating his most talented players.
Don't know how Pogba gets dropped for a bad performance but Lukaku starts yet again despite being shite all season, including on Wednesday.
Hopefully it serves as a kick up the arse for Pogba and the entire squad and we come back better from it.

Not going to get into the Pogba thing because it's probably no more than a kick up the hole. Glad to see Shaw back, it would have been ridiculous to drop players after Wednesday and leave Young in.

Either way as long as it doesn't backfire then I hope its a message that received by the few its aimed at.

I can understand dropping Pogba, but dropping Martial and keeping Lukaku on is an insult to Martial

Jose decision makes sense. Really shows that anyone is droppable. Fergie was also ruthless. LVG was soft and I hated it. Well done. Or could it be that he is just resting them?

Burnley equaliser. Must win to only be 399 points behind.

Wouldn’t have dropped Pogba myself but I get it. Still think Jose would be better off playing 4-3-3, but we should be winning this one anyway so I get it.
More concerned for Martial. If Jose has decided Alexis plays on the left and that’s that I’ll be gutted for Martial and Rashford. Will be much harder to see them fulfil their potential.
Only one game though. Let’s see after a few weeks.
