Most if not all of the regular posters in here will have noticed Dek (@dedrevil) and fergiegiveusawave (@cockothenorth) have deleted their accounts. I have received a few queries about this, asking why they were completely banned by Staff.

I want to let everybody know that neither Dek nor fergiegiveusawave have been banned. Both have deleted their own accounts under their own steam. They didn't give people reasons, or request it was done. Staff, even Admins as far as I am aware, cannot completely delete someone's account. If a forum member has been sanctioned they will either have a warning level displayed or, in for example cases of spam or WUMs, their account permanently banned with profile pictures/signatures etc. removed.

Hopefully this clears things up for everybody. If you know the two of them feel free to go ask them why they decided to pack it in.

Ok so here’s the thing;

When next you have the hump, don’t delete your accounts. Because being honest, it really should be the final step, the point of no return, an absolute last resort. Be 100% sure you want to leave the forum, for good. Because from now on thats what its going to result in.

And something to absolutely, categoriacally not do, is before you delete your account, call people on here elitist cunts. Or talk about other member’s sucking the mod’s cocks. And then return, with nary a word, and expect everyone to be all sweetness and light. At the very least send a Mod or Admin a message apologising before you post. And then we’ll see.
