Havnt they just done a colab with Mills? Iv got a few bottles from them stashed away, they have a major hype Not a clue. I usually glaze over ciders in my local bottle shop, but will keep an eye out for Tom Oliver's. Not had much LHG really, surprising given I live a 20 min walk from their Brewpub and Brewery, as for me, they're not the best brewery here. But jad Green Line of theirs a few weeks back, unbelievable stuff IMO, and their Woodland Creatures milk stout is solid too. Had their lager tonight, though that was shite compared to Lost and Grounded who are also Bristol based. IMO, in terms of Bristol breweries, I'd say: Good Chemistry Lost and Grounded LHG Masquerade Moor Croft Ales Wiper and True Fierce and Noble Arbor New Bristol Brewery Bristol Beer Factory Not tried Dawkins. Nor have a I tried any Cocksure since they opened their gaff, rather than brewing in a garage. Lhg new brew pub looks mint, hopefully they will start to produce some quality beers again I Realy liked them a few years back, also arbor so underrated imo solid beer after solid beer, I have seen a few talk about masquerade on insta but iv not yet tried, it seems like a cracking beer scene in Bristol. Well the whole UK is pumping out some great stuff at the minute I'd love to get myself to verdant I'm thinking of doing a little holiday there next year and make the pilgrimage over to the taproom and there sea food restaurant

Was looking at Falmouth for a weekend away with the Mrs, for the same reason, but Portugal is cheaper, by far. HA

I'm quite into the Whitewater Brewery here in Co Down. I'm not sure if they sell it enmasse in England but I would highly recommend it, I'm a stout fan myself, and they have a really good one called Belfast Black. I'm not sure why they call it that considering it's brewed in Castlewellan.

Not beer, but visited a new gin distillery in Vermont called Barr hill. Superb stuff. Some of the cocktails were mind blowing!I'm a definite convert.

It's about the only thing we're allowed to brew due to regulations anyway. What I'm trying to say, is brewing is an addictive process. Lot of fun, especially when you start tinkering around with the process, times, temperatures, flavors etc.

None yet, a mate of mine does a lot of brewing, so gonna collab with him. He's just back from doing a Masters in Cornwall and got pally with a lad that works for St Austell, so he's picked his brain a fair whack whilst he's been there.

You need really expensive equipment to make decent home brews. You can do brew in a bag but that's a lot of effort and a lot of trial and error.

I'm not much of a gin drinker, but I like a tequila and tonic. Most people don't think of drinking tequila with a mixer, but it's fucking great. Perfect hot weather drink.
