This has to be the worst atmosphere I've heard at OT in years. Tetchy atmosphere. Everyone was a bit on edge for most of it. Not a lot of goodwill for the anticipated gameplan at all.

It was OK in the east stand. Couldn't hear the rest of the stadium so I can't comment. Did get nervy at times though

9 of our last 10 league games have. All but one of this weekends games have. Can i add that this is the shittest post match debate ever lol Not a debate. I made an observation about why there was 4 mins added on & have backed it up when it was questioned.

Lot of tourists elsewhere though, and other regulars were restless.

So
It happened
We won after going a goal down!!!! Woooo!
Very nervy though in the second half. A dreadful first, but our equaliser really fucked Chelsea's momentum. The better side in the second and probably just about deserved the win.
Chelsea should have played Hazard.....
McTominay was spot on, Lukaku, brilliant effort, Matic improved as the game went on. I'm happy to see Lindelof have a good run of games. Nervy moment at the end from him though! His confidence is growing.
Big win. Well happy.

Did get nervy at times though I never have an issue with the atmosphere (and if I’m not there then its a bit rich) but it did seem particularly subdued today.

Might be no harm in the long run for McTominay to make that mistake in the first half. He’s largely been flawless so far, he drove Banega to distraction and more or less completely shut out Hazard today. But he was so single-minded in his desire to carry out orders he didn’t improvise when the moment required it. It’ll be another thing for him to learn, it showed him that at the highest level he still has a few things to learn. However, what was good was it wasn’t costly in the end so didn’t affect his confidence. And more importantly he didn’t let it affect him in the 2nd half and actually stepped it up a notch. Speaks volumes about his character.

Speaks volumes about his character. “I think he’s a fantastic player, a player that what i call is the modern midfield player. it’s a bit of what the top midfield players of the past were. He can do everything. He is yet to score goals, but he can. We are starting from the basic.” This is what Jose had to say about him after the game. Think he'll improve and become a bit more a adventurous. Tends to be too conservative at times.

Speaks volumes about his character. Bit like when De Gea joined. He has to be allowed to make mistakes to learn from them. Sometimes it will cost us, but then that is part of the price to pay. Otherwise they will never get a chance.

The fact we won so it didn't have real consequences is a massive bonus as well.

Shaw for Young & Rashford for Martial in the Palace game and see how it goes.

Shaw for Young & Rashford for Martial in the Palace game and see how it goes. Agree. Would like to give Matic a rest if possible as well.

Special mention for Lingard as well who once again comes up with an important goal. He's definitely turned it around. Was always doubtful of the guy but he's one of very few players Im glad has proved me wrong. McTomminay reminds me of Darren Fletcher aswell, guy doesn't get half the credit he's earned since breaking i to the first team. Lingard never stopped running after he came on. It wasn't just the goal, but he chased those Chelsea players like a fucking terrier, which was wonderful to watch.
