They deserve all the shit they got, from the ref and from us in the ladt 15. They have adopted that cynical tactic of fouling immediately after losing possession to avoid being caught on the counter. It’s always those little, seeminly non-malicious little trips to avoid bookings as much as possible. And then the constant diving and to top it all of their OT corner flag show.
Great miss by Atkinson for Young’s reckless tackle on Aguero. Great tackle from Pogba on Otamendi and beautiful hit from Ander on that video after a perfect set of dives and simulations during the last 15.

"They have adopted that cynical tactic of fouling immediately after losing possession to avoid being caught on the counter. " It pisses me off that the TV pundit "experts" always fail to mention this when talking about Citeh, these tactical fouls are ruining the game and Atkinson let a lot of it go in the first half, in the second half he seemed to favour us a bit more which was pretty shocking as that areshole rarely gives us anything.

Danilo should have been on a yellow card about twice before he was actually booked.

on DDG, i must say i genuinely think anyone who doesn't see him as the best keeper in the world is just plain daft. Ederson has come in and settled quickly, no denying he has done well and gone about the job he has been tasked with doing but to compare him with someone who is great at 27 and has absolutely defied all logic by getting better each season, that's just a stupid comparison. DDG for me is the best keeper i have seen, i'm in my mid thirties but some of the saves he has made is just different, his journey from when he arrived to the player he is now is absolutely amazing. He's the best I've ever seen. He's on another level.

I know it's the Scouse but I hope they inflict more pain on Tuesday followed by a right rogering by Spurs on Saturday. Imagine all those little bitter souls being crushed....again.

Personally I don't want the scousers to win anything, no matter what. Not a charity bingo. Nothing. Only that City's preparations for Tuesday are fucked.

Hahaha we really have pissed on everyone's chips.
Talksport and R5 both had ex-city players and co lined up to talk about their title win. Instead they had to talk about us and pogba.
Bahahahahahaha

What a beautiful fucking Monday.
Result made all the better by Liverpool's result, we've got two very winnable games ahead of us in the league, win those and we're 7 points off 3rd.
Add to all that the fact that City could well have their quadruple cut down to a lowly double by Tuesday and then face a trip to an in-form Spurs.
Think someone alluded to it earlier, but it would feel 10% better if the gap at the top was down to single digits.

It is simply stunning Monday. Buzzin from Saturday. The total lack of passion in the first half was totally eclipsed by that second half performance. Proud of that 2nd half performance.
That should light some fuckin fires in this squads bellies. We needed that.
One love 😘

As Jayrannasaurus said, " What a beautiful fucking Monday." Nothing more satisfying than waking up with a buzz inside, enjoying breakfast and singing away to music on the tv radio then picturing shitty supporters dragging themselves off to work and face the backlash from work colleges after telling them Friday afternoon when finishing work "Come Monday morning girls and guys I will be coming into work here with a big smile on my face as City will be EPL Champions compliments of beating Man United..." SPLAT!!!!

Ashley Young urged his team-mates to show some pride in the badge and respect for the Manchester United fans as he inspired Saturday’s remarkable comeback at the Etihad Stadium with a rousing half-time speech. Young and Michael Carrick, two senior members of José Mourinho’s squad, took the lead in trying to gee the team up after their embarrassing first-half performance. With United 2-0 down and being outplayed in all departments, Young took it upon himself to galvanise his team-mates and stop them from slipping to a defeat that would have handed City the title. “The City fans are shouting ‘Olé’ and they’re embarrassing us. Are we going to stand for that?” Young is understood to have said. “Remember your responsibilities to the fans and the badge. Show some pride and fight for each other.” Young was not the only one to speak up. Mourinho warned his players that they would look like clowns if they allowed City to win the title against them. Carrick, the club captain, also weighed in. The midfielder was not in the match-day squad but again sat on the bench in his coach’s tracksuit as he continues his apprenticeship before joining Mourinho’s backroom staff next season. “Of course the oldest guys with the most experience — Ash, Mike was in the dressing room — they have the power in their words,” Ander Herrera, the United midfielder, said. “But everyone was talking. We didn’t talk too much about tactics, just about our pride. I was feeling sorry for [the fans] in the first half because it was going to be a difficult day for all of them — but this is Manchester United and no one should ever underestimate it.” Despite the victory, Herrera admitted that United have been second best to City over the course of the season. “City deserve to be champions and we have to congratulate them,” he added. Mourinho retained Paul Pogba in his starting XI even though the day before the match, Pep Guardiola claimed that City had been offered the midfielder in January by his agent Mino Raiola. “We know Guardiola and Mino’s relationship is not the best, so it is normal that sometimes they [clash], but I was not worried about it,” Mourinho said. “I didn’t speak with Paul about it and I didn’t call Mino to ask him anything at all. I was just focused on the game and I think Paul was the same because the way he played is only possible when he’s focused on the game.” When asked whether the City manager should be talking about his players, the Portuguese responded: “I often make mistakes. No problem.” Having completed the stunning comeback, United were in high spirits. Jesse Lingard and Marcus Rashford, two academy graduates, whooped and high-fived each other as they left the stadium. However, despite winning the man-of-the-match award, Pogba felt a tinge of regret. “I feel very happy but there is one side of me that is disappointed too because, with a performance like we had in the second half, if we had done this all season, I think we would be fighting for the title with City or we’d be just in front of them,” he said. www.thetimes.co.uk/edition/sport/youngs-rallying-cry-dont-stand-for-chants-of-ole-lxcqdf7hw

Bahahahahahaha I hope one of them was Mike Summerbee. I still laugh at how bitter he was on Sky after Rooney's overhead kick.
