We officially need 2 points from our remaining games to guarantee Champions League football. BT like their stats. We’re practically there if the renties fail to win at Burnley tomorrow

Decent enough win.
Sanchez shouldn't start again this season for me. Get him up to speed pre season, there is no doubting his ability and if he finds his form he will be a huge weapon for us moving forward, but at the moment he is badly restricting the team, and his inclusion means Martial or Rashford is left kicking his heels on the bench.
Herrera, Matic and Pogba should be the midfield 3 against Spurs, only question is the front 3. Lingard has been a big game player, especially at Wembly, and deserves a start. Lukaku is a certainty, so means only one of Martial, Rashford or Mata could start (and that's not taking into account Mourinho's hard on for Sanchez).

Have to start Lingard, his pace, touch and sheer work rate makes him nailed on IMO. Rashford wins it over Martial for me. Enjoyed the game tonight 😎👍

Who would have thought that 2-3 years ago.

Pogba also instructed Lingard to pass to Herrera which led to our second goal. You can see him pointing to him. Well done Poggles (tm)

Looking forward to reading everyone's match comments in a moment, have to be more entertaining than the game was. The game was on at lunch time here and I literally fell asleep watching it, so it was not a thrill a minute affair.
Not sure what to say about the game today. Bournemouth had two legitimate claims for penalties, and the Shaw foul would have been a red card. That would have made it 1-1 at half time and us down to 10 men. So on balance I'd say we were lucky we got the (non) calls today.
I enjoyed seeing Martial and Rashford back in the side.
Nothing really stands out too much about our play. Looked like we were making it a lot harder than it needed to be, just fucking around with the ball too much in little meaningless areas. Herrera played the ball backwards more than forwards. Safety first, I suppose.
Smalling with the winner again. He's scored more than Sanchez has. Maybe Mike can work on finishing with him!
Anyway, no idea why Fellaini was in the side. Is McTominay injured?
I don't think Mourinho will deviate from plan regarding the FA Cup semi. He will set us up defensively, and we'll play great for 15 minutes. Hope it's enough!

Chelsea drop points tonight and we're in the champions league. Also, if Burnley win, they go above Arsenal 🤣🤣

14 assists for Pogba now. From CM for a player that doesn’t take corners or free kicks generally (which is how the likes of Gerard use to pad his).
He can be frustrating but that’s an awful lot to replace.

Just watched some 'extended' highlights, all 5 mins worth of it. Was it as end to end as it seemed? Looked like they had many more threatening attacks, if not outright dangerous.
Few bits of commentary suggested we were a bit more open at the back because we were going for it, but hard to tell from what I saw. Two good goals though.

Some basic number crunching puts it at a goal or assist every 126mins.
