Okay chaps, we have literally seen the sublime and ridiculous this season. (sometimes in the same game!) However, the gaffer finally hauled some of the poor performers off at the weekend and rotated against Bournemouth.
I know it's technically at Spurs "Home" ground but they are playing just as gash as we are and we could easily get into them. However we could also just as easily go down like a lead balloon. Such is our season.
Right now I reckon the line up is:
DDG Tony Smalling Bailly Young Fellaini Matic Pogba Lingard Lukaku Sanchez
I believe Shaw, Martial and Rasher all did well but he doesn't trust them. Jones and Herrera could start though.
God we need this...

Your lineup is probably what we're gonna see, unfortunately, although I wouldn't be surprised to see us revert to a 4231, maybe Pogba on the bench.
If we have to use 4231: DDG Valencia Bailly Smalling Shaw Matic Herrera Sanchez Mata Martial Lukaku
subs: Rashford, Lingard, Pogba
JM's probably 4231: DDG Valencia, Jones, Smalling, Young Matic Fellaini Herrera Lingard Sanchez Lukaku
subs: Mata, Pogba Then Herrera shadows Eriksen all match, Fellaini and Matic both sit deep, and the front 3 is more or less "fluid." To me it's madness to leave Mata and Pogba on the bench, so that's what I assume JM will do!

Just let us beat the Spuds at there make believe home ground, DeGea keeps another clean sheet on his way to winning the clean sheet award for the season, if anything he deserves it...oh, and don't fuck Mata off Jose and play the fucking tree in front of him.

I'll be watching this in a pub in London. A big thanks to my husband's colleague who applied for tickets two hours after the deadline.
He had one job.🙄🙄🙄

No doubt in my mind we win this one. Think it will be confortable.

Smalling had better keep his hands to himself when defending set pieces if the VAR is watching.

Huge game here. The FA Cup, ultimately, is a bauble nowadays rather than a key prize, but it's still well worth winning and will go a long way to making this season more palatable in hindsight. Especially as we need to peg back Arsenal in the 'Most FA Cup Wins' stakes. Jose also needs to win a trophy this season to restore some goodwill I think. A trophyless season will reflect very poorly on him.

Jose has his favourites.
So I'd be expecting Valencia, Young, Fellaini, Matic, Sanchez and Lukaku to start, if I was you!
Sanchez shouldn't be anyway near the side, but he'll start him.
I'd love Ander Herrera and McTominay/ Mata to start, but you'd doubt it with this manager.
Mata should be starting most games imo.

McTominay instead of who? I expect Pogba , Matic and Herrera to start.

Mata was generally bollocks vs West Brom, but usually I'd agree.
I don't rate Spurs' fullbacks, so I'd be happy to see Rashford and Martial start, with Lingard behind Big Rom. However, we'll likely see Jesse shunted out wide right where he's mostly useless and Sanchez will play as the 10. Still think we'll see Rashford or martial wide left.
