The club will not be suspending shareholder dividends & have decided that they will not be hosting a Q1 conference call.

Re: the Chevy deal, does that mean we will be changing the shirt sponsor mid way through the season? As in, 'give us more cash for new tops'

The debt has fucking more than DOUBLED. We all knew it'd be bad, but fuck me. Those fucking cunts. Now not sustainable, cash reserves & credit facility will not be sufficient. They will forced to try & restructure debt,in a market where lending to football clubs will be very limited & very costly. The Chevvy thing shows they cannot find another sponsor at the same level, that deal has effectively just dropped by 50 mill a season,. T he July to August 2020 figures must be horrendous.if the approach they are taking is to abandon the earnings call for that period, they very well could be. It doesn't look good if you miss earnings calls, its one of those bad signals that top end investors look out for. expect their credit ratings to take a hit over the that, which will again further increase the cost of borrowing.

kstandhand can you put that really long post on the last page behind a spoiler tag please? It's good stuff but a pain to scroll through if I've already read it. To do so, you just put (spoiler) before the first word at the top and (/spoiler) after the last word at the bottom, but replace the normal brackets with square ones [].

Still expect everyone to read it fully

They have to be worse, less income than the previous 1/4,more outlay ie wages, some transfer fee payments. less TV money, less match day revenue, decreased sponsorship.

I am hoping that they will now start to look for a buyer... Does that seem credible?

The person that suffers the most from this debt is Ole. Unfortunately the pressure is on for attractive football and a return to winning trophies so that we attract massive sponsorship deals.

The fact that the club has now been seen to be losing money hand over fist, may well force those parasites in Miami to cut their losses before it actually starts to affect them personally. Please god make it so! They've bled enough out of us to be able walk away without losing too much face-although it’s doubtful they’d give a fuck about that.

The fucking share price climbed to a 6 month high yesterday afternoon, which would suggest that some who dabble may think they are possibly going to sell!

This could be why they’re wanting to leave the premier league and join these new money spinning league. This could be the last shot at staying in power. We can’t let this happen.

The FA can no longer ratify any deal that involves the Saudi's? Amazon? Doubtful, unless they know something about the next TV deal. Chinese? Is there anyone rich enough and hands off enough there? Google? See Amazon Or was there something in the Ortega story that was laughed off in the Summer?

Not a clue, but the rise in share price as significant as that on the back od such bad news, with worse to come, would suggest that more than a few speculators may be looking to make a quick £££.
