As much as people want to rail against the manager, this was solely on the players. Pogba was a complete joke. Lukaku can’t control a football, apparently nobody can actually cross one and defending is the thing of myth and old wives tales. While I understand the role of a leader re: motivation, the lack of urgency or desire essentially comes down to the choice of the players. Yes, Jose is not the answer going forward, but no manager can legislate for what the players served up today. Bar Rashford, none of them were fit to wear the shirt today. Bin the lot of them and start over as far as I’m concerned.

I get that Mourinho is proving a point, but, surely there has to be a better way than playing a defence containing Matic and McTominay. He could always resign. |

Lukaku is not only the worst starting striker we've had in the Premier League era, he's also worse than the bulk of the second string ones we've had. Ole, Teddy, Chicharito, Forlan, Berbatov, Tevez etc all weren't guaranteed starters and were all better than him. That's off the top of my head. And you could say the same about most of our players. Nicky Butt was better than all of our supposed holding players. Hargreaves the same, and he was better than any of these lads on the right too. Heinze was better than all of our fullbacks and even the bulk of the CB's. Veron is laughed at for his time in England and he'd be essentially our best player by a mile now. The point I'm making is some of those players are just footnotes from the Fergie era. But they were streets ahead of some of these cowards.
The whole club is fucked from top to bottom.

Sack José and get Roy Keane in for the rest of the season. Not cos we'd do better under him. We wouldn't. If anything we'd be worse. But it'd be a mint laugh and he'd absolutely cripple some of these cunts who are playing for us right now. The seasons fucking gone now, we might as well fuck it off and go mental.

He's making excuse after excuse for his own short comings because he didn't get what he wants. Of the 10 signing he's made nearly all of them have failed to show their worth. This squad is better than this so he needs to work with what he has available, he's toying with what he has because his ego is so fucking big it's taken over. He signed a Brazilian for £50m+ during the summer and has barely used him, yet he moans he wasn't given the signing he wanted. Get fucked. Everything has to be about him. Don't with him, fuck off. |

Yeah whatever the car crash of this season he was so fucking bad he didn't see out his first. Although I have no doubt had he and Van Gaal got 4th in their first and second season they would have both got a further season regardless of the dross they served up. |

Thing he wasn't this bad last season and he isn't this bad for Belgium so who do you blame? Frustrating thing is he's the 26th highest goalscorer in the premier league so far at only 25 years old. He's got stuff to work on but I honestly think a lot of it is down to the system that's letting him down, same for a lot of players, Rashford, Martial even Pogba, its like trying to put square pegs in round holes. We all know he s first touch is dreadful most of the time but as Scholes said he's trying to be a footballer and he's not one, he's a finisher and needs to be set up that way. |

That picture of Lukaku controlling the ball behind his feet on the right touchline is the epitomy of him.
We watched it at the ground and no one was shocked. Get him out of our club or at best, keep as a league cup striker.
Same applies when Rashford missed that 1 on 1 early doors v Young Boys and he skied it.
Pay whatever Inter want for Icardi.
