That is all United fans have been wanting since Ferguson left; a team that actually takes the game to the opposition, controls the match, plays quick football, looks to pass the ball forward when they can and creates chances.
It really shouldn't be hard to do with the players available.
We've been here before under the last two managers talking about potential runs of form, but looking at the fixtures, 7 of the next 8 games are very much winnable (Huddersfield, Bournemouth, Newcastle, Brighton, Burnley, Leicester, Fulham). It's maybe asking too much to take maximum points from everyone of them, but if you're looking at making top 4 then these are the type of games you should be winning the majority of the time. Grab a point at Spurs as well during the run and who knows, say, 20 points from the 24 available?
In the same time frame Arsenal have to play Liverpool, Chelsea, and City. We have to see that as a chance to reduce the gap to just a couple of points and put them under pressure for 5th, from there, who knows.

Man-management is not really rocket science: show respect, be consistent, encourage strengths, assist with weaknesses and lead with a positive example.
Jose didn’t get it. Ole seems as though he does. With mentoring and technical advice and support, he’s just what the club needed right now.
Early days, and of course “new manager syndrome” helped, but I enjoyed that game as an experience in positivity and freedom. Long may it last!
