Do people genuinely want Lukaku back in the team? I'd stick with Rashford and give him a proper run up top. As Stew said a clean slate is for everyone but agree he shouldn't just walk into the side from the off. I will add though if he does come back in to the side and thrives from this new attacking style of football I wonder how long it will take people to doa. Uturn with the guy. Still think he has a lot more to give, as has shown with Pogba playing under a new manager with a more united like approach, give the lad a chance. |

Do people genuinely want Lukaku back in the team? I'd stick with Rashford and give him a proper run up top. Depends on the opponent I guess. If the opponent sits back and defends in their penalty area with ten men so we have to play short quick passes in small spaces to create chances then the answer is no.
If the opponent likes to push their defense line high and there is enough space behind them to hit them with quick counter attacks then the answer is yes. Lukaku in good form can be lethal in these situations. |

If we continue to play the way we've started to under Ole and United fans finally enjoy football for the first time in around 5 years, I don't give a fuck what the Dippers do. What nonsense. Of course we care what the dippers do. We all hurt their success and rightly so. They are our fiercest rivals and I can't see how any United fan wouldn't give a fuck. If you enjoyed Gerrard's slip it's because you gave a fuck. I know I did. Crystanbul? Will never forget that night. In fact, knowing that Fowler, Gerrard and Carragher (and to a lesser extent McManaman and Owen) never won the league with them warms my heart. It would hurt like fuck if their current bunch of imports brings them joy, but at least those figures of hate never did.
Back to our business. Too bad we have to settle for "just" good football at best in our mid-table clashes, but c'est la vie. We knew Jose was about short-term (relative) success, and here we are in his third season. I'm all for enjoying our 8-month long 2019-2020 pre-season.

This United fan would rather we got our house in order above all. If they have to win 1 for us to win another 10 then I'll take it. Seeing us in this state pains me much, much more. |

I think Bournemouth will be up for this game, to rectify what happened to them on Boxing day.
I almost want to see how we react from going behind in a game, I would rather this scenario happens against a team like Bournemouth, rather than a top 4 side. As long as we still come out on top and batter them of course
