I think we would’ve all agreed that KDB was the best midfielder and arguably best player in the prem last year. Pogba though has quickly caught up.

This run has confirmed what many thought at the start of the season. This group of players should be good enough to challenge for the title. We've been the best team in the league now for 6 weeks. Shame about the first 4 months! I don't think they are serious challengers yet. A few additions in the areas we all know need addressing. If Pogba and Matic aren't available is anyone confident then? It's a good starting 11 for sure but we still have some crap outside of that. It's certainly good enough for top 4 but I think we all knew that. Jose's meltdown muddied the waters! We need a good summer whoever they give the job to. |

The Scouse signing Allisson and Van Dijk is the perfect example. This *should* be the evidence that they need. |

Need City to beat Chelsea tomorrow Need City to win all their remaining matches Bar one. Good thing the derby is on an FA Cup weekend. Will be rescheduled, hopefully towards the end of the season when we consider whether we can allow a back pass or two |

Think I saw quotes from Ole this morning saying it'd take 2 years to get us to challenge for the title (whether he was manager or not). Perhaps he's being modest, or realistic about how much money we'll be allowed to spend in 1 summer... |

Cups are cups, you can get a bad break, shite draw etc so I’m not judging him on those, though I’d love to win something. The league is the test and he’s flying it. We’re way past new manager bounce now. We’ve won well, we’ve won ugly, we’ve won at a canter. But him a world class CB and a fast, dangerous RW and we’re a proper league winning side again. |

But him a world class CB and a fast, dangerous RW and we’re a proper league winning side again. 100% agree with you, the players want to play for him, this is the best pogba I have seen since he's singed for us and a lot of that has to do with ole, martial rashford Shaw lindelof Matic ander have all been superb, as you say a few big signings and we are not that far off. The first time in years I'm actually looking forward to watching us play again |
