What’s great to me is that barring something awful in a warm up, there is literally one position up for grans tonight, big Vic’s partner. In previous years we wouldn’t have had a notion as to who was going to start and where (bar a couple sho started every game regardless of form) but now we have a settled side. And more importantly it looks like they know what they’re trying to do. It may not always work but at least now there seems to be a plan. Jose, 2.5 years and failed to identify our best 11. This in itself is reason to give Ole the job. He assessed the squad in 2 months and knew what formation and players were needed to adopt his philosophy.

Even with Cavani and Neymar out this will be a tough game. Nice early goal might settle things. Can see a few goals in this, just hoping we get them all.

PSG's midfield surprisingly lacks depth. The Marquinhos vs. Pogba match up is going to be huge.

They’re bullies when it comes to transfers, literally teling players that there is no fee they’ll accept if they want to leave so knuckle down etc. Rabiot running down his contract is something they cannot seem to comprehend and are hurting themselves. Which is great.

I'm excited and nervous at the same time. It's good to feel like this again.

It'll probably be Marquinhos and Veratti in a 4-2-3-1 formation. I like our chances with Herrera and Matic.

Can I also ask for Martial to absolutely shred Alves? Always hated that little twat.

Hopefully we make it to Old Trafford on time tonight, within UEFA regulations...

awesome! cant wait for the kick off, since yesterday i was barely able to think about anything else than this game. proper european night at old trafford, against a huge side. and we know that whether we`ll lose or win, we`ll give it a good go and try to win the game. tired as fuck and i could do with a power nap but i`m too excited to sleep.

I was down there a bit earlier. They had flashbangs and fireworks asking with the usual flares. Cracking atmosphere. Should be a good one tonight. Mate just sent us a pic from pitch side. There is a big net around the PSG allocation.
