There’s hope that Martial might be able to take part, which could make a huge difference.
God only knows what the rest of the side will be.

Chong, Gomes and Garner where all missing for the u23's tonight. Could see them all on the bench at least.

Trying to guess the line up is hard right now but here goes
De Gea Dalot Smalling Lindelof Shaw Pereira McTominay Pogba Chong Lukaku Alexis
The middle of the park performed very well vs Pool so I reckon they've earned the start.
Depends if Martial is fit. If he is then maybe him on the left and Alexis through the middle Lukaku on the right. If he isn't fit I hope Chong gets the nod. He has been fun to watch in u23s and u18s

Hoping to see a few youngsters getting their chance for this one. After seeing Lingard going off so shortly after coming on I certainly wouldn't be risking Martial unless he's 100% fit. Can do without losing him for longer as well.

I would be amazed if Chong didn't start. We are down to the bare bones now.

The team we were left with against the scum can beat these guys, I have enough faith in them in that regard. I also have faith in Ole now as a tactician to get it right. Tough away ground but I fancy a 2-0 here .

worried about this game. they have just spanked Leicester away. these can be a decent team and Zaha can cause us problems down our right.
.............. DDG
.... Bailly Smalling Lindelof
Dalot Pereira McTomminay Pogba Shaw
....... Sanchez Lukaku

This will not be easy. That PL table since Ole joined that Jayrannasaurus posted has Palace in 8th. They're in form and both Zaha and Batshuayi will be a handful; Shaw will need another top performance to contain Zaha. I think we should still be looking at winning, but it's tougher than at first glance I think.

Young gave the ball away a few times but apart from that did well. So Given the disruption elsewhere I’m absolutely leaving the back four intact tomorrow. And they haven’t given the Scouse or the Rents so much as a sniff as a unit. Dalot can start against Soton on Saturday. I’d also argue the same with Chong. I’ve rated him for some time but I’m not sure your first start in the Premier would be away to Palace. Get him off the bench for 20 and start him Saturday too.
