Ole said Rashford is probably ok to start, and that Martial has a chance of making the squad too. Sound like otherwise it'll be pretty similar to midweek injuries-wise.

That would actually make a big difference.

Southampton are where they are coz they’re shit. Hassenhuttle has got them into a decent shape, but we should still be putting these to the sword. At this rate, though with Arsenal up next week, a win and no more injuries is all I’m after. I wouldn’t start Rashford. Keep on his recovery and rest and if needed then he can play. Lukaku getting some goals under him can pay dividends these last 3 months. Also wouldn’t start Sanchez, due to him being Sanchez.

Sanchez and Fred should start I feel here, Fred for sure as he needs game time.

We need to see if Fred just needs more game time to get more comfortable with the pace and make better decisions. Re: Sanchez now is the time to start him. Wouldn't want him starting ahead of a fully fit Rashford/Martial/Lingard. Maybe, just maybe he can find a way to contribute to this team.

Apart from giving better players a rest don’t see any point in starting Sanchez. He’s toast.

Fred grew into the game at Palace. His 2nd half was much better. We need to play him more so that we can rotate Herrera and Matic. McTominay I’ll admit has been very good too and I was a pretty harsh critic. Both should start again. Instead of Sanchez we might even be better off playing Pereira or Pogba in a more advanced role.

May as well get Fred playing especially since Pogba is banned for PSG and Matic and Herrera look out for a bit yet.

Fred should start, also Lukaku who’s had a pretty poor season so far and needs to build on his two goals on weds.
