Some great goals today. We made it more difficult than it should've been. Is Dalot the answer to our RW woes? I would not be upset if Southampton went down. I'd rather see Cardiff or Burnley go down.
For all the time wasting during large parts of the game I was telling my lad we'd have done exactly the same in similar circumstances. We didn't hurry taking throw ins at Palace, Chelsea or Arsenal and Spurs when we had the lead. This Southampton side came up to OT and took the game to us and deserve some credit for that. It was actually admirable that they didn't park the bus at 2:2 and went for another.
Going back to my bitter 16 year old, I told him the best retort to the time wasting was focusing on turning the game on its head and do some quality time wasting ourselves. I luved how we practically wiped out 5 minutes of injury time...

It's been really good seeing these players on the periphery of the side stepping up in the last week after all the injuries.
Lukaku, for all his shortcoming has put away 3 excellent finishes, Pereira played well against the scouse and yesterday, capping it off with a lovely goal, Dalot continuing to channel his inner Ronaldo in our problem right wing position and McTominay has stepped in brilliantly in the absence of Matic.

I think you’ll start to see some crazy results in the league from now as teams begin to really fight for their lives down there.

Finally managed to catch the highlights on MOTD this morning. I think we’ve figured out the problem with Lukaku. Turns out he’s actually right footed.
It’s a mint time to be a United fan again. Everything is exciting. That would’ve been a draw or worse under every other manager since Fergie.

It's anoying that city and Liverpool don't Realy drop any points, the way we have clawed back about 15 points on spurs is unbelievable, a full season with ole and we would of been fighting for this title I have no doubts about that

I hope he sticks about, as a second striker, as there is no1 better at playing the back up striker role. maybe jesus. there is plenty of game time to be involved over a full season and it might just do him good not playing week in week out. im glad pogba isn't playing this week in the CL.

Lukaku has always been good for one thing and that’s being a flat track bully against teams in the bottom half. Long may it continue and he becomes a reliable part of the squad

While I don’t wish Sanchez any harm the way he’s played this season means at least we won’t miss him and it will give other players a chance hopefully from the youth squad.

Rashford isn’t reliable enough to allow us to get rid of Lukaku. We had 4 strikers when we won the treble. I know most teams favour 1 up front but even so we need 2 players for that position. Rashford was poor yesterday. Is he still carrying an injury?

In an ideal world, I wouldn’t start him against PSG but not sure we can make the numbers up without him.
