For as much stick as Lingard gets, and of late his performances deserve it, he has not been worse than Martial. He has. At least Marital has been shit doing or trying things. Lingard was anonymous. Overall that was atrocious. Hopefully we'll be five points behind Chelsea again this time tomorrow. |

Honestly fuming. We scraped a win against an out of form side with nothing to play for.
So many players strolling around the pitch doing fuck all. The defence will get stick but I really think that area of the pitch was the least of our problems. Zero offered from midfield and attack. Fred again probably the one from them who comes out with any credit.
Pogba, Martial, Lingard in particular. Lukaku was as shit as ever but was at least involved in the game and looked like he was trying.

Fuck me 4 massive games in 13 days from Tuesday and this lot already look knackered.
I'm not a huge fan of Herrera and Matic, but before they both got injured we were much better. We really could have done with our senior MF being fit at this point of the season, at least for rotation

I think his movement is shit but I don't think that's down to lazyness or not giving a shit, it's down to lack of footballing intelligence and instinct.
