I watched Everton a couple of weeks ago , they looked solid and dangerous going forward with both full backs putting in a shift. I thought at the time if they play like that against us were screwed. Side issue just realised martial is on 250 grand a week , we need the finished article for that not what were getting. Why are we paying these crazy wages for average players top European sides don't appear to be doing this. paying massive wages for world class players ok but not for potential I think we can field an XI to beat Everton, no problem. Agree on Martial though, another warning sign is France regularly dropping him, yes they've an unreal squad but a 250k a week future superstar should be in the best 23 players in his country. I would sell him tbf, his movement is off to for me, our left forward / winger should be running beyond, between CB and FB and shooting, he always drops and attempts to cut in on his right, left foot practically non existent. As a former midfielder and fullback myself I can think of few better players to mark.

Can just tell this will be dire stuff from us again, may get lucky and scrape a win though. Nice positive vibes there. What about getting behind the team? where`s the part where he is not behind the team??

Ah I forgot about that that's a tough one because after Tuesday Young shouldn't pull on a United jersey again. Might be stuck with him on Sunday. I know. Hopefully Sunday will be the end and he’ll be a squad option next year, one that is rarely used. He shouldn't be at the club full stop not even as a back up, he's beyond useless now his time should be up at the end of the season

Whether you want to acknowledge it or not Martial was better this year under Jose for some inexplicable reason.

Whether you want to acknowledge it or not Martial was better this year under Jose for some inexplicable reason. He seems to thrive with competition under/above him. Before that was Rashford. Ole moved Rashford central and now it he’s fit he’s been selected. In form or not.

Let's keep banging the drum for this, the lad is the future.
"Greenwood to feature vs Everton? 44 starts, 44 goals.
Mason Greenwood’s record at youth level has rightfully got Manchester United fans very excited.
The 17-year-old is the rising star in the Academy and has already made three senior appearances for the first-team under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer this season and will be hopeful of another appearance tomorrow."

I can understand why a couple of posters are pushing for Greenwood to start this.
He most probably won't though.

The team is in a funk, he brings youthful exuberance, great on the RW which is non existent in the first team. We can either succeed or fail with Lingard or Greenwood, I'd go with the guy with a potentially huge future. Plus Greenwood has the wild card factor about him, defenders won't know much about him til they're looking at his heels. Do it Ole.

Nobody's disputing Greenwood's ability but he won't suddenly start this game when Ole has given zero indication that he will, in the first place. You're onboard the Greenwood train, I get it. It's extremely unlikely he'll feature at Goodison.

Though Ole is keen to remind us he believes in youth, you've a kid running amok in the level below a failing first team, seems like the logical choice to me.

Ole needs to put his money where his mouth is. We have had plenty of chances to start youth steamers and he hasn't taken them. I fully believe he wants to build from the youth team but right now the senior team is hardly keeping them out due to their fantastic performances. Why not shake it up. He said it is survival of the fittest.
