Ole shouldn't be the manager. Everyone knows it but nobody will admit it. We all love the guy hence the apprehension but i am 100% sure had they waited we would be looking for a new manager now.

Please don't tell me that these wankers in our squad did a lap of honour after that shit-show and the season in general?

I’m delusional? Even under the worst of Jose in his meltdown season we weren’t as bad as this. I want a coach who looks like he has a clue. I’ve not seen much evidence of that in this last few months. If he wasn’t an ex player there would be calls to rip up his contract. You know it as well as I do. This is blind faith. Do you even enjoy being a fan Karma or is it just a burden you bear? To be honest it's a fair fucking burden supporting this club right now.

Ole shouldn't be the manager. Everyone knows it but nobody will admit it. Thank Christ I’m not the only one. He should hold his hands up and admit the job is too big for him. There’s no shame in that. The owners won’t do it for him.

Also today he didn’t miss the chances out there, the players simply never delivered.

Problem is we will be back to having to appoint a caretaker again mid season and possibly have another load of players that the next bloke doesn’t want and none of the dross will be going.

The bigger problem is who will want to come here and play under Ole, shocking end to the season and he’s unproven, he could potentially attract some very good up and coming younger players but established better players will think twice.
Plus the wankers that have been given new contracts won’t fill anyone with enthusiasm.
We are fucked as things stand.

I think this is it. I don't understand why we didn't wait. Maybe we still end up with Ole, maybe not, but we gained almost nothing from going early. A bit of certainty in the transfer market, true, but that could be outweighed if we'd gotten in a big name that players want to play under. Ole seems like a great guy, but he doesn't have the pull of a top manager yet. Ole is here and I'll support him. I think he has a chance of succeeding if backed; if not, then probably no one bar Fergie himself could succeed. I think if Spurs win the CL we could have had a great chance of getting Pochettino, given his recent comments; probably even if they lose. Not saying Ole can't do what he could, but Poch is a manager players would want to play under IMO, perhaps even up there with Klopp or Pep if he does win the CL. He was my first choice when Jose left and probably still is today.

Honestly speaking, I think it will take longer than just 2 seasons. It will take possibly 5 or 6 if we're lucky. I agree with some that the appointment of Ole should have waited till the season was blown over as that was what was initially decided - this is so that people's expectations could have been managed better for the sake of Ole's tantamount job, and the club's reputation. But still think he would have gotten the job, and I'm supportive of how he gets on, despite have doubts due to the hugeness of the job at hand.
