He's definitely been a bright spot in whats been an otherwise mediocre start. Can't say I ever saw any of him before he signed, the championship doesn't really get broadcast in the US. Any time I only hear how much pace a player has I get a little nervous as to what else they can do, but I think he's definitely shown he has more to his game than just speed. Glad to have him here.

Put the game on. How Croatia is playing with 11 still is a mystery. Bale’s goal was a moment of pure class. James was flattened, it was shocking. Croatia is going in hard. Bale is still better than anyone we have in our side. Even if he only played half the available games he’d still improve us greatly.

The lad has done well for us , so far , I do agree
Though come on , lets not carried away - whilst he has been our best Player - that does not say a great deal this Season does it
I like him , don't get me wrong and he looks like he could be a valuable asset to the Football Club/Team however I have heard folk going on about him like he is some kind of new Ryan Giggs or David Beckham or Andrei Kanchelskis , do me a favour !
