Everyone knows the squad is shite. If Ole had gone all out attack and lost 4-0 Bestie would be the first to say hes naive and tactically not fit to manage at this level. If anything this was more like how Sir Alex used to approach certain games when the opposition possibly had a better side, and he wasnt bridging the gap Ole was in terms of quality today No, but you clearly are. On a separate note, Lindelof looks like he's gone backwards. Doesn't look convincing. Shame Axel got injured as I'd have hope he'd have played, played well and taken that other central defensive spot with Maguire going forward. Last seasons Lindelof was great. Just the partner for Maguire. This season? We might as well just sell him and buy a decent backup to Maguire and Tuanzebe cos they are looking the better option |

Gutted with this result but overall the boys did us proud. One mistake cost us.

A shout for Fred. He ran himself into the ground and tackled everything that moved. No doubt some will think he was shite though. He was decent. Not sure anyone was shite. Work rate isn't the issue with this team. After last season that shows Ole is doing something right. Did you watch the Newcastle and West Ham games? Our work rate has been shite but today we were up for it and it showed. If we play with that effort every week in addition to players coming back from injury then the results will eventually change. |

But he's a squad player (for the U23s), not for a supposed top United team. |
