We’ve seen this time and again with other managers unfortunately. A good result which keeps the wolf from the door for a few weeks. Remember when we drew against Chelsea under Van Gaal after the December of shite ? I try not to remember tbh, you seem to have a great memory though. I do. 😎

Can you imagine how much money Rashford would cost us if he played for another club? 100 mill? 120?
Obviously we’d never buy him but we’d brief the shit out of it that we were going to.

He's class I think some people forgot how young he is sometimes as well, only going to get better and with age that consistency will come.

Stick a proper a CF and a 10 next to rashford and I think he can be reaching 30 goals a season. Hes got to be up there for one of the players of the season in the PL. obv it won’t be him but he’s up here he’s carrying us.

For all his faults, 4-3-3 works when Lingard is part of it or Martial is bothered. Unfortunately, the former is more likely.

That rashford last night needs to be the rashford we see every week, all the talent in the world I Realy hope he can kick on and step up to that next level Unfortunately he won’t be, like others he’s wildly inconsistent. I knew there was a dark cloud amongst all the silver linings. 🙄

Its frustrating thinking of all the points dropped from winning positions. We win those games and we'd be sitting 4th ahead of Chelsea. We’ve also had games that we were fortunate in. Last 2 PL games for one. We played well and deserved to win but this doesn’t change my opinion that he’s out of his depth. Give him a team who sit back at all and we are buggered

If he can find a touch more consistancy he will be among the top players in the league

I’m curious to see how this team will look once Pogba is back. McTominay is unstoppable and the same can be argued for Fred so Ole should play Pogba in a more advanced role. Any news on Pogba potentially returning for the derby?

I wouldn't get my hopes up of ever seeing him play for us again. I have no proof of this obviously, it's just a feeling.

He just turned 22 and has already scored a number of important goals for us. You can make the case he was better than someone like Sterling who at the same age had less goals than Rashford. Like you said, if he becomes more consistent he can have a huge influence in helping us become contenders again..

Yea his future has been an issue for quite some time but fresh reports have Madrid wanting Eriksen on a precontract in January. Zidane wants Pogba but it seems Perez isn’t as enthusiastic about paying the 150 million we’d likely demand. Perez will always win that argument. Juve need to sell first to buy so if any deal happens it will be in the summer.

I dont see Pogba leaving. No one will meet a high enough asking price. Could see him back for City
