Well, back to Earth with a bump. Usual shite, far too many passengers in the team; Shaw is done, I'd be fine with seeing him gone in the summer, Lingard continues to offer absolutely nothing, I refuse to believe for one second that Gomes would be a worse option than him, no wonder the kid is fucking off. Maguire has done exactly what most people said he would, been about 5% better than our existing list of defenders, and considering we're talking about being a little bit better than Phil Jones or Marcos Rojo, that's a pretty fucking low bar. Utter waste of 80M quid. Pogba, less said the better. Nice and convinient for him that his new injury rules him out of January, so he doesn't have to get his boots dirty whilst the utter twat of an agent tries to get him a new club. I'm honestly in two minds whether to force him to stay and let him rot in the stands, or just get on the phone to Real now and tell them "Give us Isco and 50M and he's all yours". Anyway, lets plod on again. At least it's January now so we can all have some sensible, sane and reasonable discussions in the transfer window thread. Apparently Madrid want him but don't want to deal with Raiola. I'm not sure we'll even make our money back.

The way this management has allowed a renegade player to run roughshod over this club and everything it stands for is an utter disgrace. This football club has absolutely no soul anymore. Reading Ole's comments about Pogba and 'his people' makes me furious. Being held hostage to a cunt like that? Manchester United? A complete joke.

Still fucked off over this shite.
Watching those fucking clowns on aftv makes it even worse to deal with. They've just won the league beating us.
Whether he was wrong in doing so at least Jose had the bollocks to speak up when he felt he had to. Don't necessarily agree with publicly slating players but Pogba is an exception now, rip the bastard a new arsehole instead of moddycoddling him, he doesnt give a fuck about the club so fail to see why Ole continues to defend him. He is laughing and spitting in the faces of everybody at the club and every one of the supporters.
Instead of signing a top level midfielder in the summer we chose to pamper this fucking waste of space and we are now paying for it. Well done.

"When I listen to Ole, he sounds like a really nice guy," van Persie said on BT Sport. "I would like to see him a bit more mean at times, just be angry.
"I see him smiling now after a game like that. This is not the moment to smile.”
I like how someone of note has finally mentioned his interviews. This Mr Nice Guy persona does my fucking head in - you’ve done a terrible job for the last 10 months so ones falling for that shit anymore.
Some of his bewildering comments are on fucking par with what Moyes used to come out with.

I still can't believe we failed to score against this version of Arsenal. No amount of new players will make up for Ole's inability to come up with a half decent game plan.

we have had some shocking results under Ole but this feels one of the worst. I cant stand to see him being manager any longer. as a player he will always be a legend but his managerial record and persona is starting to grind me down.
its painful listening to him and seeing him on the sideline looking clueless.

Ole was looking lost sat there on the bench at two down and not having a scooby what to do, thats not management material.
No anger, no ideas.

if you don't have the squad to implement the exact ideas you want, fair enough but at least show heart and desire. put up a proper fight, be angry, bully the opposition, do well from set pieces. we show absolutely nothing. then to see him smiling at the end. come on.
the club; from owners, to board, to management, to players are totally taking the piss out the whole fan base. fans don't deserve this shite. especially when it costs some people a nearly a weeks wage to go to a game.

I would prefer if Ole just said Pogba is being sold and enough of the crap, other than that I dont believe slagging him off in the press is the right way to go.
Ive always felt Ole lacked the tactical nouce and toughness for this job as proven again yesterday. The difference between both halves was telling and it was primarily selection of players not tactics that allowed us to recover somewhat in the 2nd half.
Why does he keep persisting with Lingard in that attacking role? Its very obvious that he offers nothing and that includes this mysterious quality in the press that he brings.
Ole needs to realise that persisting with players who constantly let you down will end up with him losing his job.
Our defence is starting to regress and in desperate need of protection. If we are going to do anything this year then we need to sign some midfield players in January. Sort the Pogba mess out and give yourself a chance.

The only reason his vision is there is because we have no better options. Considering his supposed talent he's highly over rated. The only "world class" player to never actually be world class. Fuck him and fuck his cunt of an agent.

Arsenal you know under a new manager will come out on fire and press Everton under new manager will be up for it Watford under new manager fighting for their survival will be up for it
3 games we totally flushed down the toilet, was it lack of preparation or common sense to know what to expect? So annoyed, poor start to the year and I must say under this manager I don’t expect consistency.
The only good that could come from it was to highlight the need to get 2 midfielders in and a no.10. Add to that Lingard and shaw at present are squad players not starters

At least we're only 9 points off the safety of 40 points.
