Ian Wright says Ole put himself before the player, which led to his injury trouble. 100% correct. I still cannot believe he put the lad out to play knowing he was injured. I cannot fathom that nonsense. And Pogba got crucified for taking his own Dr's advice... Rightly so. I clarified this in a comment on another thread. Players should take advice from the club doctors, but when the club medical team and manager are this irresponsible, it empowers players to go against them. I said it, it's a major embarrassment for this club. So while Pogba was wrong, this makes him look right. In ideal situations , it shouldn't.

Pretty sure the medical staff are the ones that clear players to play, but carry on. He couldn't sit down to do an interview.. I mean surely, that's enough to indicate his injury ? And surely the manager is informed of the players condition well in advance and the decision to play him rests with him ? If the medical team did not early indicate the extent of Rashford's injury, they need to be relieved of their duty. Yesterday. My point is , heads need to roll.

From what I read, he already had a stress fracture in his back, hence the pain he was in for the interview... If that is the case, there is (should be) no way anyone on the medical staff would clear him to play...otherwise it is somewhere between incompetence and gross negligence...either of which require a sacking,..,. Is it a coincidence that we appear to have the worst injury record of any PL team?? And it also seems to have been going on for years... When Leicester won the league, they hardly had an injury...Liverpool are having something similar this season...we are absolutely awful at keeping our players fit...

I have no doubt he will want to leave but I imagine the French team want him playing regularly. I also imagine he would rather be centre of attention by playing regularly.

Personally I suspect he could give two fucks about playing regularly as long as he’s fit in May. Maybe a game or two for us than the few friendlies before hand for France.

Bar signing noodle sponsors the whole club from top to bottom seems to have staff that are fucking shit at their job(and I include the manager and most of the squad in that).
