Model pro? Some would argue that he lacks ambition.
Either way, great to have him here
If most this squad had half of his commitment and professionalism we would be a hell of a lot better I absolutely agree as a fan. Think professional footballer and you'd wonder why he'd rather sit out 90% of the matches when he could play week in week out for most other clubs.

Some would be wrong. And other wouldn't. I bet he is under no illusion of dislodging DDG, so he practically accepts spending his career sitting on the bench. He's a GK, not a third choice striker or a "supersub".

At one point he was expecting DDG to move so I could understand hanging in there. At this point hes denying himself more game staying here in my opinion, careers are too short for that. I think Ole like previous managers have given him the cups and thats probably been enough to convince him to stay.

Paul Ince is thicker than a bucket of shit. Reckons Rashford got injured because he doesn’t know how to warm up properly as he’s used to starting games. He’s such a cunt. I genuinely try and forget he played for us even though he was decent. Which he lost, the instant he pulled a vermin shirt over his fat head. ”Guvnor” didn’t help his cause either.

In fairness, he’s in his thirties, he’s been to a couple of World Cups, runner up in one. Probably a couple of Copa America’s. The Olympics. He’s not 21 years old, sat on our bench going “yeah I’ll have a bit of this for the next 15 years”. When he was warming the bench at Sampdoria, he probably didn’t think this chance would come for him. And he played right through our Europa campaign, so that medal was well earned.

rather play at united as a second string keeper with top facilities then a club like Villa who are battling constantly.
gets to play in the "easier" games and gets a healthy wage to work for about 1/3 of the year.

Make no mistake, I’m absolutely delighted for him that he featured throughout that EL campaign. He earned that medal which was a lovely reward for his commitment to the club. Having said that, as a GK hen still got a few years to give and from a selfish point of view he’s wasting them here. I reckon he could have competed for Argentina No. 1 too if he played regularly.

And our fucking manager still made him play. Fuck off Ole. You don't make things easy for yourself do you. Rank amateur.

Ian Wright says Ole put himself before the player, which led to his injury trouble.
100% correct. I still cannot believe he put the lad out to play knowing he was injured. I cannot fathom that nonsense.

Pretty sure the medical staff are the ones that clear players to play, but carry on.
