I assume this is simply due to the reports that his visa is delayed and he'll likely miss the Leeds game because of late integration into the squad.

Glazers have an excuse for cocking up again.

Annoys me that Chelsea and Manchester City have each raised over £50 million selling fringe players while we've just released a few players on a free.
Fletcher and Murtough have done a good job bringing in top quality additions like Sancho and Varane at bargain prices. But they have to operate under the constraints the Glazers have imposed on them and if that means they have to sell to raise funds for additional purchases then that is what they are going to have to do.
I cannot see any of the following getting much gametime next season: Matic, James, Pereira, Martial, Lingard or Williams. Telles and Dalot are both expendable if we bring in Trippier who can provide cover on both flanks. Even with the wages our players are on and a depressed market surely we could find takers for some of the names I have mentioned enough and raise £50m or so which would at least allow us to buy Trippier and Neves. It is wishful thinking to believe that in the same market we can get Sancho for £75m and Varane for £35m that we can get £20m for Pereira and £30m for Lingard and I assume our asking prices for the others are similarly unrealistic.

Unless I'm missing players neither have made anything like that much, it's closer to 30M each. City have sold Angelino, Harrison and Nmecha and Chelsea have sold Tomori, Moses and Giroud. It's difficult though, go through the previous transfer threads and you'll see the same posts, on one hand when someone leaves on the cheap people get mad about why we can't demand higher fees for these players, and then when small offers get rejected and players end up staying when not wanted people get mad about why we didn't just accept the offer and get them off the books. At the end of the day, just as an example, if the top offer on the table for Lingard is 15M, the club has two choices. Sell him for that and get shit about why we didn't get more money or reject it and have him sitting around not playing and picking up big wages and get shit about why we didn't just accept whatever offer was on the table to get rid. The club has brought a lot of this on itself, Lingard and Jones (just as two examples) are on about 250K a week combined. No one else out there is paying those two that kind of money, so shifting them is made a lot more difficult.

Do we have a sell on w/ Lukaku? 130m is just unbelievable Coutinho type money. And even better question is have Inter paid us finally/yet for the original transfer?

Officially,I'm not sure the club have said anything & not even mentioned a visa being an issue. The media seem to be pushing the visa thing.
