We're not signing a D.O.F so it's irrelevant who would be the best option.
For us to have a D.O.F the board would want the football side of the business to succeed and give a shit. They don't so its pointless.

My guess is football men would make reasonable demands about the budget and resources made available. Woodward is complicit with the owners and only is motivated to loosen the purse strings if he thinks a signing has commercial appeal.

Yes they would make more demands on the resources in the short term , but long term they will save more. Iam guessing main reason is ed's ego is not allowing him to do it. May be he knows he will be exposed as the clown he is if someone else comes and fix the shit show he created. |
