Rashford can’t cross with his left so comes backwards and we lose all momentum it happens all the time. Only once did someone try and beat his man and getvto the byline and that was wan-Bissaka in the 43rd minute!! Utterly devoid of ideas and self confidence to actually have a go |

We have absolutely nothing in midfield, no one who can create something for themselves or for the forwards in front of them, bruno has gone off a cliff!
And I know I'm like a stuck record but theres a complete lack of power and dynamism...defence is a problem but midfield massively so too!! Oh and the forward line....
On a plus point, Dean has been calm and came for his crosses well

I mean, in fairness he had no other options, it's not like we had any other natural number 10 playmakers in the squad, you know someone like that kid at Chelsea, Mata. And that law that was passed a couple of years ago, you know the one, that 4-2-3-1 is the only formation allowed now and any team not playing it is banned. Can't believe that law was passed, I mean if it wasn't we could have gone to something like 4-3-3 and played VDB and Pogba in their natural positions either side of a Matic/Fred/McTominay and let Bruno have a rest now and again; but no, the powers that be forced Ole's hand by making him play 4-2-3-1 every game. Ridiculous when you think about it. |
