I have a good feeling about this game (which is usually a bad omen). But this time I’m backing my gut (which is noticeably bigger these days and therefore should be exerting more influence, in addition to actually expelling more flatulence). 2-0. Martial and McT. I’m off to the bookies......

I Would like to say no matter what happens make the 2nd leg easier but we'll know we don't like to do that.
Score more than one and keep a clean sheet, that'll do. This won't be easy either way.

Regardless of the competition, it's nice to be playing a proper massive club in Europe. It's also nice to be favourites against a proper massive club in Europe, that hasn't been the case in a long time.
Got to win, and also be tight at the back (by our standards) given the away goals rule is somehow still in place. Europa is (IMO) our most important competition now the title is gone.
Also, fuck a kick off time of 5:55PM on a bloody weekday (and a weekend, but especially a weekday).

Only played Barca, Real, Bayern, Juve and Benfica more times in Europe than Milan, and these 2 games will move it ahead of Bayern, Benfica and Real.
So a real classic tie, 5 wins and 5 defeats so far, scored 13 and conceeded 16.
No draws so far, get set for back to back 0-0's.
