Nice to see Welbeck back. Good lad.
I sometimes wonder if he was another early warning sign about the way the club was trending. He had the potential to be a good squad player but in 2011-12 he played nearly every week it felt like, and I never saw anything that made me think he'd end up leaing the line for us. Wondered at the time why he played so much. Thought Chicharito was harshly done by that season as well, not for the last time.

Wan Bissaka just gave Brighton a chance with an absolutely dreadful header. He hasn't been at his best consistently this season, though has mostly still been good defensively and has made (slow) progress going forward IMO. But not enjoying seeing mistakes creeping into his defensive game, which was flawless most of last season.

Why Steve McManaman is allowed to commentate at all is beyond me, but especially why he is allowed to commentate on our games, when he clearly hates us so fucking much, is a question no one sane has the answer to.
