Yeah I don't think VDB will ever be able to break up McFred. It is a real shame because after the international break he looked confident and was starting to show his undeniable quality but then went back to getting his customary five minute cameos at the end of the game. Real waste. But I don't really see Ole changing his ways. VDB needs to put transfer request in this summer to save his own career

Agree. But I think Ole is starting to take Europa seriously now. So I think we'll field strong sides in all the upcoming games. At least by the time the final comes round the title will be mathematically impossible and we will have no excuse for not resting players as there are no local rivalries with Wolves and they will most likely have nothing to play for at that point.
Obviously would have been nicer if we'd been able to rest Bruno and Rashford for this. But too much to expect from Ole. I have a bad feeling Ole still thinks this and the scouse games are more important than the Roma games.
