If we qualify for the final, and once we get the vermin done, he needs to severely limit Rashford and Bruno’s minutes. They’re shells of themselves recently. They both looked wrecked.
Clearly he’ll play them in every game however.

It’s sad that Vdb hasn’t been developed, James clearly no coaching there and diallo well is he donny mk11?

Iv really tried hard to like Ole but he isn’t making it easy, what kind of manager persists giving game time to Dan James but rarely uses VdB?
Today’s subs were pointless stupid decisions.

Also- every minute James gets is a minute wasted for Diallo.

Can’t stand Ole as manager We will win nothing of significance with him in charge We allowed PSG to get Poch. We’re going to allow Spurs to nab either Nagelsmaan or BR. By the time we wise up to this guys obvious limitations there won’t be any top managers left. There’s always Southgate.

I think poch only signed an 18 month deal, with them, so in theory could be available at the end of next season, but no that obviously won't happen because we will give ole a new extra long deal at the end of this season. He's here for the long haul.

Yeah. He's fluffed the title challenge, got knocked out in the quarters and semis of the FA Cup and Caroboa cup. So all that is really left is Europa (a second tier competition and very much a consolation prize although obviously nice to win) and not convinced at all he will win that even though we are by far the best team in the competition. Bielsa showed how easy it is to neutralize us and while I think we'll get past Roma I think Arsenal or Villareal could do us in the final.
Obviously Ole is a pretty safe pair of hands and gives us some continuity and harmony that was missing during the LVG and Jose years. But I just don't see us winning things with him in charge and the league is going to get a lot more competitive next season as teams like Chelsea and Liverpool and City spend big leaving us behind. And to be in charge for as long as he has without winning anything just doesn't really cut it as a Manchester United manager. Players don't come here to finish 2nd or 3rd in the league.

Yup. You guys nailed it. I think under the Glazers so long as Ole can deliver top 4 finishes most seasons the job is his for as long as he wants it (and lets face it this is his only chance of managing a top club).

On paper not a bad result as such, a point away to the team sat 9th.
But when taken in consideration with so many other dropped points, the importance of needing to win to at least keep some semblance of pressure on City, the fact Leeds are actually pretty shite and there for the taking, and the overall performance; well, just another awful day at the office.
It's reached the point with Donny that I wouldn't actually hate on him if he just told Ole to get fucked when told to strip off in the 87th minute. It is a completely unnecessary and pointless sub. There is nothing he is going to be able to do in 5 minutes. It's not giving someone some extra rest, unless you think ending a game in the 88th minute instead of the 93rd is going to have someone fresh and raring to go next game, "Thanks to that 5 minutes rest 4 days ago I'm full of endless energy now!" It's nothing more than a piss take exercise, I wouldn't accept shit like that from my boss, why should he?

I despair at some of our fans. Apparently we have the most goals scored by substitutes this season. This obviously means Ole's subs are fine. Let's just ignore the fact that the Southampton 9-0 is doing a lot of the heavy lifting there, as well as having Cavani coming off the bench and getting a few. Proper tactical genius sending on one of the best strikers of his generation... And very few points won from those goals.
